Mexican Dip

Nobody guessed what’s in it, but every single person loves it, and if it were any easier than that it will be store bought and serve in a bowl.
  • 1 package of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 green onion
  • Salt & pepper
Optional: Green Tabasco, extra virgin olive oil
  1. Chop tomatoes and drain with paper towels
  2. Mix cream cheese, salt and pepper and if you want add about 10 splashes of Tabasco and a drizzle of evoo
  3. Serve the cheese mixture in a bowl, add tomatoes and chop green onion (green and white part)
  4. Season with salt & pepper and drizzle evoo
