What’s for dinner?

I love The Barefoot Contessa. I love the shows, the books and of course the food. All the recipes are fool proof, even for me, super easy to follow and she uses ingredients that are easy to found. They are your everyday food, bumped up!
For dinner tonight I wanted something fresh & light. I found the fresh salmon tartar; it can be an appetizer, hors d’oeuvre, first course or -for me- dinner!
